Com Express

Since the appearance of the Raspberry Pi, many SBCs have appeared on the market. There are many development boards based primarily on Arm, but also other architectures such as x86 and, most recently, RISC-V. Today we’re introducing a new development kit designed to work with IoT and built by ADLINK. The basis comes from the board. Express-RLP COM Express Type 6, Which we will present to you in this article.

Unlike many other SBCs, it is designed to be cheap and have a small form factor. But this one is designed to be highly efficient as you will see. And it depends on Intel Core i3-13300HE or Core i5-13600HE Processor (Raptor Lake-P) to choose from, in addition to allowing up to 64 GB of DDR5 RAM, an ATX power connector, and many other surprises, as you’ll discover later…

at COM Express arrives with prices starting at $495 and $595 through November 6th. This year for models with Core i3 and Core i5 respectively, after that date Prices will be $755 and $865 respectively, so if you want something cheaper, you should take your chance now…

On the other hand, I don’t want to overlook that the new ADLINK COM Express board supports it. Ubuntu 20.04 “For the Intel IoT Platform” and also Windows 10 IoT, so you will have great versatility for your development.
